Eddingtons presents the Professional Mandoline, an excellent addition to any cooks kitchen, this mandoline has four slicing thicknesses featuring slice, julienne and waffle cuts. The mandoline eliminates the worry of loose blades as you are able to switch between the blades by using the adjustment blade knob on the mandoline. There are non-skid feet to keep the mandoline in place whilst you glide the blade safely with the hand guard across the extra-wide stainless steel deck. A great mandolin for any cooks kitchen.
